Artist Statement

We live in a world of words. We all get to choose what we say and what we put on paper. So I try to make sure each of my words say what I want them to say. "Write what you know." I try to do that. I am interested in the details of everyday life of ordinary and not so ordinary people. The big decisions and actions in life arise from an accumulation of seemingly small deeds and casual observations and conversations.
