Early in my career I began drawing still life images and portraits. When I work with acrylic I am able to explore the texture of the paint and the use of color. I love working with watercolor because of the variety of brush strokes I can use to express detail and shading.

Being an artist allows me to view emotions in living color. Just being able to express my feelings of being lucky, peaceful, adventurous, or warmth is fulfilling.

The vibrant colors reflect my love of nature and give me a feeling of harmony in my life.
