I believe we all have some level of artistic ability and that it is never limited to one medium. As my creative self continues to evolve, I have discovered the world of beads. While beads are made from a variety of materials, I mostly work with semi-precious stones and glass. It’s not just the creation of jewelry pieces that I love, but the searching and shopping for just the right stones, the right colors and sizes. I wonder where the stones came from, who touched them, what stories of the earth they could tell me…

Besides making jewelry, I enjoy making knit scarves and handmade greeting cards.
I am always looking to expand my knowledge and broaden my creative horizons.
Who knows what my next project might be! As long as I continue to create, all is well!

As a longtime Medford resident, I can see many positive changes in the community
as more artists move here. I am thankful for the friendship and guidance of the local arts groups who have helped me on my creative journey, and I eagerly await the day when Medford will have its own Medford Arts Center building!
